Assistant Education Advisor

Client Service | Full Time

Job Duties: 

  • Oversee applicants’ application process by monitoring their progress and reminding them of timeline to complete academic enhancement tasks
  • Be responsible for and be supportive of Consultants in parent and student management and liaison
  • Be interested to review specimen exams and question types to provide advisory to families on necessary preparation steps
  • Be able to work with Company’s internal platform to arrange for mock exams and tutoring lessons for students in accordance to preparation timeline and progress
  • Provide assistance across the range of education services including student registration, lessons booking/rescheduling, event and venue support
  • Handle telephone/e-mail enquiries
  • Other ad hoc projects

 

Job Requirement: 

  • University graduate with at least 2 years or more experience in customer service.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and preferably Mandarin
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patient, strong sense of responsibility, efficient and detail-minded
  • Enthusiastic in meeting people
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Education Advisor
