Applying for internships or full time jobs? Wondering which career path suits you? Get prepared for your first job by immersing yourself in 35 hours of intensive training in Summer 2020 to boost your confidence and enhance the business skills employers look for when hiring.

Regardless of your career aspiration, our program will equip you with critical transferable skills that are essential to any career progression through Skills Training Workshops, including psychometric tests to identify your personality traits, CV & cover letter drafting workshops, as well as mock individual and group interviews.

The program also provides Speaker Events in which senior HR management and company founders will share insights on recruitment trends, how technology is shaping the workplace and entrepreneurship.

In addition, university students who pass screening procedures will be given an internship opportunity at one of our partnering corporates spanning the retail, property, marketing, technology, accounting and other industries.

Chow Tai Fook

Interns will get to ride the wave of Chow Tai Fook’s creation of the new retail ecosystem. Interns will be paired with customer experience innovators and business transformers to taste how to drive intrapreneurship and customer-centric, data-driven digital transformation process.

New World Development

Interns will be assigned to one of the business units of the New World Group. Interns will have the chance to gain entrepreneurial exposure, as well as to participate in business visits, corporate events and mentor & buddy programmes.

OpenMinds

Interns will work with the digital media team within a varied digital marketing role with the opportunity to engage a range of brands across industries. Specific tasks include creative ideation and content generation, strategizing for social media activities, and market and competitive research.

Toasty

One intern with a business background will participate in the execution of various business workstreams, including sales outreach, marketing and customer success. One intern with a computer science background will participate in product development and engineering, designing and creating modern technologies.

YL Law & Co 

Interns will assist in the preparation of financial statements for various corporations in accordance with the Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards, as well as conducting profit tax computation and company secretarial work.
