2.2. This Copyright Policy may in the future be translated into a Chinese version. Should there be any inconsistencies between the English version and the Chinese version of the Statement, the English version shall prevail.

3.1. All the content in this Website created by ARCH is the property of ARCH or the suppliers of the content. All such property falls under the protection of Hong Kong copyright and intellectual property laws. 4. Intellectual Property
4.1. ARCH provides educational services. ARCH seeks to provide a website and services which in no way infringes intellectual property rights of others.
4.2. ARCH reserves the right to disable and/or terminate Users from the Website if there is reasonable belief that copyright infringement has been committed by any Users.
4.3. Users agree that ARCH is free to use, disclose, adopt, and modify all and any ideas, concepts, know-how, proposals, suggestions, comments, and other communications and information provided by Users to ARCH, either through email at email@example.com or through other means such as surveys and questionnaires (“Feedback”), in connection with the Website, without any payment to Users.
