Gordon attended Ying Wa College. Completing his Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) and the Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination (HKALE), he read Mathematics at the Hong Kong Baptist University and was recognized in the Dean’s list four times and the President Honor’s list once. He graduated from the Hong Kong Baptist University with a second-up honor degree in Mathematical Science.

Graduating with exemplary performance, Gordon was invited by the Department of Mathematics of Hong Kong Baptist University to work as a course assistant for three years. He oversaw the tutorial lessons for both calculus and general mathematics. During his tenure, Gordon nurtured his teaching abilities and laid the grasped how to present complex concepts to make it accessible to his students. Gordan continued his teaching as a specialist of mathematics after university, delivering student centric lessons for mathematics of international and local curricula. As a Mathematics instructor, Gordon has created tailor-made handouts and exercises that will pique the interest of students towards the subject as well as develop all the essential skills required by the examination through practice and guidance.

Apart from academic development, Gordon enjoys learning about the financial market around the globe. Due to the analytical skills developed from mathematics, he is interested in figuring out the pattern and reason behind the fluctuation of the market.

At ARCH, Gordon is an instructor focusing on all-rounded Mathematics for multiple international curricula, including IB, IAL/GCEAL, GCSE/IGCSE, SAT, AP, GMAT, DSE.
